Summary of Events ...

As documented by the court records in our possession, The First National Bank of Bethany funded a loan, secured it with our business property and personal guaranties. Later we obtained a longer term commitment from Tinker Investment & Mortgage Corporation, at a cost of $19,500.00. After being notified of the Tinker agreement to payoff its note/mortgage, the bank, without notice of default, moved for judicial foreclosure. Having received the Tinker commitment to payoff its note/mortgage as advised, our own legal counselors acted with the bank’s Peter Pierce III to continue prosecution of its foreclosure alleging default ,and that the tinker commitment expired of its own written words.

We were advised that our only recourse was to file for bankruptcy in order to protect our business. The bank and our legal counselors, then followed into bankruptcy court and together with Trustee Rolinaitis (with Troubled loans with the Bank) took positions in full, fraudulent, control of the proceeding –four of the lawyers of the nine law firms who appeared in our cause, acted with bank’s Peter G. Pierce III to defeat our Appeal from their pre-petition fraud, and our motel’s CH II filing by DEFAULT judgments. The remaining attorneys of the nine law firms, (together with successor bankruptcy Trustee Holbrook) continued acting with Pierce III in moving the state, federal courts in Oklahoma and Texas to continue evading a trial by jury through awards of summary judgment.
