These are the
attorneys of the nine (9) Oklahoma law firms who undertook our cause
throughout the years since 1985: As shown by the court records in
our possession, they systematically and without concern for numerous
grievances and complaints lodged with the Oklahoma Bar Association,
U.S. Attorney, FBI and regulatory agencies of state and federal
governments, acted with the bank’s insider-lawyer Peter G. Pierce
III, to first refuse payment of its note/mortgage by (Timcorp) as
customary in real property finance, then condemned us to a never
ending search for ethical legal representation to adjudicate our
claims.
To this day, (21 Years Later), having been defrauded of all that we
worked for since our marriage in 1948, even decent, caring attorneys
have declined to bring our civil rights lawsuit in which to seek
compensation for the taking of motel and driving us out of a
successful family business. Several attorneys of small law firms,
voiced concern for bankrupting themselves due to the high profile
attorneys, law firms and judges involved, and the legal systems’
desire for finality of legal actions and to frown on setting aside
even such void judgments levied against us. |
The lawyers and judges, pictured in part herein, were notified
of this website and our federal legal action in the below numbered
cases via US mail: Certified, Return-Receipt Requested.
Neither the bank, nor the attorneys or judges have responded to our
notices. They, however, relied upon the judges' bias towards
citizens who attempt to redeem civil liberties violated by their
lawyers and judges. |
