This is the completed first section of our American Inn consisting of 55 rooms, rental-office, manager’s apartment, and hot water system designed to service 45 additional rooms scheduled for construction. Development of our motel was brought to an end, and taken from us without a trial by jury or due process, in the facts outlined herein.
